Sitting on 3.5 acres of land, the cottage features three-bedrooms and one-bath, a large South facing front porch facing the water and tiered decks.. In the kitchen/living area, there is an Elmira electric stove and a large counter overlooking the family room with a stone fireplace. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room suitable for hosting gatherings. Down the hall you will find a utility/storage room, laundry room, three-piece bath, and three bedrooms. The cottage is a five minute boat ride from an owned parcel of land with a double dock and parking, situated just past Wade's Landing. When you pull up to the cottage there is a large dock providing ample space for recreational equipment. The cottage comes fully equipped with the exclusion of personal items, artwork, some deco and other items as detailed in the exclusions. The cottage has a generator with direct hookup as a back up but hydro is on the island with Hydro One, as well as great internet, a fire hose setup at the lake, an outhouse, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, there is a small storage shed that can be converted into a bunkhouse if required. Water is sourced from the lake through filtration and UV systems, and the bathroom is equipped with a composting toilet. This cottage is turn key and wont last long!
