We collect the buyer-agent commission
On every purchase the seller pays a buyer-agent commission (typically 2.5%). We collect it just like any other brokerage would.
We share most of it with you
We keep a small operating portion and rebate the rest — up to 1.5% of the purchase price, paid at closing, subject to eligibility and your buyer agreement.
Mortgages are arranged by independent brokers
HOMEH is a real estate brokerage, not a mortgage broker. We refer you to independent FSRA-licensed mortgage brokers. They are compensated by lenders — never by you.
